Once you have have confirmed the order via pressing the “confirm” or alike button, shipping information such as address or name cannot be changed. We know what it's like waiting for a package to arrive, so we make every effort to get your map poster to you as soon as possible. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days (During sitewide sales, it may take up to 7-10 business days.) . After that, international delivery time is 7-11 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days (depending on your proximity to Utah) after they're shipped. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

The cost of delivery are additional to the price of the product even though they are included in most cases, however we have the right to charge additional costs in case of the location of the partner.
